“That’s how much O showed up…you had to be in front of him to know he was alive!”
A reader from Northern Virginia, in the DC suburbs, told me this story after seeing my blog about the ’08 Obama sign. If the following is typical of voters in Virginia, our president indeed has a problem in the suburbs, not just in Ohio.
“My next door neighbors are diehard Dems and put up their sign the other day. The contrast in the font size between ’08 and ’12 is huge, or should I say small? You can barely read that it says “Obama-Biden” on it from our yard. The website [printed] below it– ‘va.barackobama.com’– is visible only when you are right in front of it.
My husband says that’s how much O showed up at the debate – you had to be in front of him to know he was alive!”
